		<description>The &quot;missed opportunity&quot; critique was to Ford&#039;s  new tweeting cars feature, not to their marketing efforts.  I agree that Ford absolutely utilizes social media to enhance their marketing and brands...but as far as pure features for their automobiles, I feel that they can better utilize the space.  The &quot;missed opportunity&quot; is the valuable features I feel Ford could have offered instead or in addition to just reading tweets.   But according to Ford&#039;s Scott Monty...they have some cool things coming down the pipeline, so I&#039;ll certainly be interested in these future features.
